Site Considerations
An integral part of Huntington's strategic plan is enhancing performance through optimal placement of the center. Centers are now being located in "destination" shopping areas where parents can drop their child at the Center and make the most of their time while the child receives instruction. Class A strip shopping centers with places to eat, exercise and grooming facilities, and access to other shopping options help build advertising awareness and add walk-in business.
Marketing and Advertising Support
Huntington's highly successful TV and radio campaigns are conducted through local advertising cooperative associations. Our powerful creative material is designed to promote the brand while driving traffic to the centers. In addition to television and radio, these materials include:

Operational Support
On-Site Consultation. A Franchise Field Representative will visit you in your Center several times during your first year of operation and, afterward, will conduct ongoing field visits. Initially, your representative will address last-minute questions and help you with the practical application of what you learned in training. Ongoing advice and consultation will help you increase your top-line revenues while maximizing your bottom-line profits. We work with you to develop a business plan for your center.
Learning Center Operations System (LCOS) is a proprietary computer system that further streamlines the operations of your center. The specially designed software enables you to maximize the efficiency, effectiveness, and profitability of your center.
LCOS is continually updated, as innovative new features are added. Training sessions in the most current versions of LCOS are offered throughout the year. And you'll be happy to know that Huntington's high-tech trainers focus on making LCOS understandable and easy to use.
Training
Whether you are a businessperson or an educator, our proven training techniques will teach you how to own and operate a successful franchise.
In initial training, you learn the Huntington methods for testing procedures, curriculum, marketing, inquiry response, teacher training, and all other functional requirements to make your business as successful as possible.
Advanced training workshops, offered numerous times throughout the year in various locations, reinforce and bolster the skills that most directly impact your bottom line. Practical application is emphasized, as you transfer knowledge from the textbook to the business of helping children succeed in school.
