Through a combination of classroom learning and field training, franchisees will learn the ins and outs of the Huntington Franchise business model. Topics to be covered include finding and retaining clients, using our approved software, site selection, and buildout, and so forth. By the time franchisees complete our initial training program, they should feel confident and ready to hit the ground running.

Ongoing Training

As in many industries, professional development is an important part of continued growth when you own a Huntington franchise. We share best practices with our franchisees and stay on top of industry trends by providing them with an ongoing training system that’s available on-demand. We also provide a Lunch and Learn seminar series that gives franchisees the opportunity to learn about key topics of interest in short and convenient timeframes. Our annual franchisee convention and regional training sessions are held in various locations throughout the year, giving franchisees the opportunity to network and learn from one another.
