Our Franchisee Initial Training (FIT) Program typically begins within days or weeks after you become a franchisee. The training is four weeks in total length and is usually taken in two week blocks. Training is held at our corporate headquarters and also includes hands-on training in a Corporate Center. Once you have completed initial training you can participate in our advanced trainings. We offer online training for your full- and part-time staff.

Huntington Learning Center was founded by Dr. Raymond and Mrs. Eileen Huntington since 1977. After operating corporate units through 1985, they then began offering franchises.
